Geolocation company GeoComply this week released data showing a 24% increase in NFL playoffs compared to 2022.
Those numbers were even bigger during conference championship weekend, when the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers won to advance to the Super Bowl. The data showed a 35% increase in transactions and a 13% increase in s compared to the same weekend last year.
Over the NFL regular season, Cincinnati Bengals fans were the most prolific, recording 67,000 transactions in or near Paycor Stadium, while Arizona Cardinals fans at State Farm Stadium were second with 64,000 . The most new s were recorded at the Washington Commanders’ FedEx Field, where an average of 695 new s were created per game last fall. The next closest was 438 new s per game at the New York Giants’ MetLife Stadium.
