Sportradar, one of the world’s largest sports betting data providers, is a licensed sports betting supplier in North Carolina, the organization announced Thursday.
Its acceptance of a supplier license comes just a few days before online North Carolina betting apps will begin taking wagers on Monday at noon.
Sportradar’s license allows it to officially offer its assortment of betting data tools to different betting companies within the state. Sportradar holds 56 licenses, or equivalent, in North America across U.S. states, territories, tribes, and Canada, according to the company’s press release.
Sportradar is one of several big-name suppliers in the state, with GeoComply and SBTech both also receiving supplier licenses. Several other entities have been granted provisional supplier licenses, and a full list of licensees can be found on the North Carolina State Lottery Commission’s website.
Eight sports betting operators have been granted North Carolina licenses prior to Monday’s launch. Those eight betting apps, which are expected to begin accepting wagers Monday at noon, are:

- BetMGM (North Carolina)
- Caesars Sportsbook (North Carolina)
