Mobile operators in the Tar Heel State need partnerships with professional sports franchises, venues, or leagues to gain access to the state’s mobile wagering market. FanDuel is an official betting partner of the PGA Tour, and the agreement to help FanDuel gain North Carolina mobile market access is a natural result of that existing relationship.
